your breath quivers with discontent i can feel it across the room the distance between us it accelerates my arms are full of belonging to be carried away and emptied into a grate that's over a sewer that leads into the ocean where we walked along the shore and time passes with the words they drive a wedge deeper i choke on disgust and despair while the memories were still embodied i cannot separate from them like i cannot separate from you pleas, pleas, pleas, and more pleas like a trapped bird caught in the windows flying, escaping, until exhaustion and the warmth of compassion overwhelms existence it closes the distance

Gentle sleepless, somber night, Gather round this piercing light. Give to me a place to rest, Where my thoughts could acquiesce. Ignore my rampant reverie's Echo through the tranquil trees. Lift me past this temporal tease Towards my livid, longing dreams.

respond to me with desperate dimunitive admiration my will was strong but only for a little while before my mind crept away from me to you and back again then i looked for you in the faces and spaces around me to only find the emptiness reflected from inside me irrespective of the fight within me i search and win and lose and win again i'll never stay alone while you keep invading me thanks for that

Sometimes, the wonderment of the current moment is so fully embodied by myself and my surroundings, that a desire to fall on my knees and weep fills every capacity of my conscious control. But I resist, with some strange expectation that another feeling, as such, will come again, in the distant future. Oddly, I expect it will be after death, when I've re-established the connection between all of humanity and the beings of the Earth and Universe. I often wish those moments would continue off onto infinity, so that nothing is left but pure and utter contentment for the present. A night with my first lover was one such moment.
